Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a court?

You can reserve a court by messaging us on Facebook or Instagram, or by calling our contact number. Reservations are available daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

How much does it cost to rent a court?

Court reservations are available for ₱300 per hour.

Can beginners play at the court?

Absolutely! Players of all skill levels are welcome, whether you're new to pickleball or an experienced player.

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Rescheduling Policy: We understand plans can change! You’re allowed one (1) reschedule. Please request your reschedule at least 6 hours before your game time. Reschedules are not transferable to another court. Reschedules can only be requested within our reservation office hours, 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Refund Policy: We have a strict NO REFUND policy once reservations have been confirmed. If you are not able to make it to the game you may find alternative players to use the game. Please inform us ahead of time if it may lead to this situation.
