A 50% down payment is required to officially secure the reservation schedule. Reservations will only be confirmed once the down payment has been received.

Important Information
•Your reservation is confirmed once down payment of 50% is received.
•After we send the QR Code for payment, the slot is held for 30 minutes before being made available to others.
•To ensure your preferred schedule is still available, please reconfirm with us before making payment.
•If we haven’t confirmed your booking, it’s not yet finalized.

Arrive at your scheduled time and start playing right away—your court will be ready for you.

Policies
Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans can change! You’re allowed one (1) reschedule.
Please request your reschedule at least 6 hours before your game time.
Reschedules are not transferable to another court.
Reschedules can only be requested within our reservation office hours, 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Refund Policy
We have a strict NO REFUND policy once reservations have been confirmed.
If you are not able to make it to the game you may find alternative players to use the game.
Please inform us ahead of time if it may lead to this situation.
Club Rules And Regulations
• Only proper non-marking sports shoes allowed on court.
• No rough play, ex: racket throwing, or abusive behavior.
• Players are responsible for damaged equipment.
• No eating or drinking on the court. (You may do so on the sidelines)
• Clean as you go.
• No alcoholic drinks inside the place.
• Strict call time, players are expected to arrive on time, late arrivals will not automatically extend their reserved court time.
• Management is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents.
• Tournament organizers are responsible for participant conduct and cleanup.
